In order to get the proper value in both clock-in & clock-out fields, you need to understand the basic rules of clock-in & clock-out. The rules are pretty simple. Just make sure you are having the alert box every time you clock-in or clock-out. If you can't see alert-box for your specific action, it means, you have not clocked-in or clocked-out correctly. If you think system doesn't record your data in the right way, make sure you are storing the snapshots for every single clock-in or clock-out. Otherwise, no issues will be granted
